“Port To The World”

San Pedro

San Pedro is home to one of the largest and busiest deep-water shipping ports in the nation. The port hosts import/export facilities, millions of cruise passengers, and one of the largest fishing fleets in the world.

Lights, camera action! Cars racing, people running, vintage costumed extras strolling and film superstar Will Smith lifting cars to rescue the victims of a train wreck! San Pedro has long served as a location for film, television, music videos and commercials.

San Pedro is truly a melting pot of diverse groups of people that have come together to form this international community. Climate and location on the Pacific Ocean have made San Pedro an excellent place to live and the quaint neighborhoods with their tree lined streets, gentle hills, and parks make San Pedro a great place to raise a family. Because it is adjacent to the Harbor Freeway it is has easy access to all of Southern California

The landmarks to visit in San Pedro are limitless including Ports O’ Call, a village designed in New England style; the Vincent Thomas Bridge; Cabrillo Marine Aquarium; Point Fermin Lighthouse; and Korean Bell of Friendship, just to name a few. If you are looking for adventure, take boat excursions around the bay, day trips to Catalina Island, or helicopter tours.
